Cyrqle Docs

Campaign oversight

Read any campaign across every workspace, work the approval queue, and check attribution, walls and outreach delivery.

These screens answer campaign questions across every workspace at once. All of them are read-only. Nothing here changes a customer's campaign.

Before you start

  • Any staff role can read every campaign screen.
  • To change something on a campaign you must impersonate the customer. See Users and impersonation.

Campaigns

/admin/campaigns lists every campaign with "search name or brand…" and status chips with counts. Columns: campaign, brand, status, budget, window. It exports to csv and json.

The detail page shows the status, brand, budget, type, objective, start, end and created date, plus up to 100 participants, 50 posts, the funding rows, and the last 30 status changes. There are no actions on it.

Participations

/admin/campaigns/participations is the roster read the other way round: every creator against every campaign. Tiles: participations, negotiating, under contract, in production, completed, and idle over 14 days.

Idle over 14 days means a participation that is not finished and is not moving. It is the best early warning Cyrqle has that a campaign is failing quietly. Work this tile weekly.

Columns include the agreed rate, the idle time and the decline reason.

The approval queue

/admin/campaigns/contracts holds three gates in one queue, oldest first:

  1. Contracts sent and not signed.
  2. Drafts waiting for a brand to review.
  3. Rights requests waiting for an answer.

Age is the severity. Work from the top.

A signing link expires. Nobody is told when it does, so the creator sees a dead link and the brand sees an unsigned contract. The queue flags these. Contact the brand to re-send.

Attribution

/admin/campaigns/attribution shows every tracking link and what it produced, sorted by money first.

Two integrity numbers appear nowhere else:

  • Unscoped clicks. Clicks that are not attached to a brand, so they are invisible in the brand's own reports.
  • Orphan events. Should always be zero. A number above zero means something wrote around the normal path.

Unscoped clicks mean a brand is under-reporting their own results. Raise them with engineering rather than telling the brand the traffic did not exist.

The never clicked filter finds links a creator never actually placed.

Walls and fan activations

/admin/campaigns/walls lists every content wall and fan activation, which are the surfaces that render on a brand's own storefront.

Two states to watch:

  • Published and empty. A published wall with no approved content renders an empty box on a live storefront.
  • Rights expiring in the next 14 days. A wall shrinks silently when a licence to use a post lapses.

Approved fan-activation entries do not reach a content wall yet. Do not tell a brand that approving an entry publishes it.

The activations table also shows the listener and when it last ran.

Outreach delivery

/admin/campaigns/outreach shows delivery, bounces and replies per brand, and the performance of each message variant.

  • Bounce rate is the one number here with consequences beyond its own workspace. Every brand sends from the same domain, so one brand mailing a bad list damages delivery for all of them. Escalate a rising bounce rate the same day.
  • "Unconfirmed" means no delivery confirmation arrived from the mail provider. It is counted separately rather than assumed delivered. A large unconfirmed count is a provider problem, not a bounce.

Pitfalls

  • The campaign detail page caps participants at 100 and posts at 50. For a large campaign, export instead of counting on screen.
  • Closing a fan-activation campaign in the customer app archives it without changing its status. Entries keep arriving. Check the status on this page before you debug anything else.
