Analytics and tools
Platform counters, milestone funnels, the analytics wall, message strings, contract templates, and the tools that are not part of the console.
These screens answer questions about the platform as a whole rather than about one customer. Use them for reporting, not for support tickets.
Before you start
- Any staff role can open the stats, funnels and analytics screens.
- Everything on this page is read-only.
Stats
/admin/stats holds the platform counters: creators opted in against creators indexed, Instagram accounts indexed, verified and business, brands, agencies, creator workspaces, campaigns total and active, campaign posts, payouts, users, and new users over 7 days. Below them, breakdowns by status, platform, follower tier, country and category.
"Opted in" and "indexed" are different populations. Indexed creators are known to Cyrqle. Opted-in creators have an account. Quote the right one.
Funnels
/admin/stats/funnels measures milestone conversion, in this order: workspace created, wrote a brief, created a campaign, took a campaign live, paid a creator, and pays Cyrqle.
It also shows retention by signup-month group, with milestone columns rather than day columns.
Read the funnel as the product question it is: where a workspace stops. The biggest drop is the thing to fix, not the smallest number.
The analytics wall
/admin/analytics is the full chart wall: creator supply, follower tiers, staleness, fake-follower score, posting cadence, embedding coverage, posts ingested, campaign and participation funnels, data spend by day and by source, payouts by status, signups, audit volume, creators by country on a map, the discovery funnel, brand and creator mentions, top hashtags, engagement distributions, a posting-hour heat map, audience mix, and campaign funding per week.
Use it to answer "is this normal". Use the specific screens to answer "what happened to this customer".
Revenue
Revenue lives with the money screens. See Money and payouts.
Contract and message templates
/admin/templates shows contract terms, rights wording and outreach copy across every workspace, with an in-use count and a contract count per template.
Template bodies are read-only on purpose. A signed contract keeps its own copy of the wording, so history survives an edit. The next signer would get different words. Changing contract wording is a decision with a lawyer in it, not a text box in an admin console.
Message strings
/admin/i18n compares the message catalogues and reports three states:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| missing | The key falls back to English silently. A customer sees the wrong language |
| placeholder drift | The page fails to render. This is the only crash-level state |
| identical in both | Often an untranslated string |
- Placeholder drift crashes the page for customers in that language. Report it the moment it appears. The other two states are cosmetic.
- Strings are never editable here. A runtime override layer would make every translation bug impossible to reproduce.
Notes
/admin/notes is covered in Daily operations.
Tools that are not the console
- The ranking sandbox. A separate internal workspace tool, restricted to members of the Cyrqle team workspace. A superadmin who is not in that workspace cannot open it. It is not part of the staff console and is not documented here.
- Backfills and database maintenance. Run from a terminal by engineering. The console reports them at /admin/creators/backfill and never runs them.
- The payment provider dashboard. Finance uses it directly for refunds and invoices. The console links to the provider from a licence's billing tab.
The console is part of the customer application and uses your normal Cyrqle account. There is no separate staff address and no separate staff sign-in.
Pitfalls
- These screens are cross-tenant and use their own windows. Never paste a number from here into a customer's report without checking their own screen first.
- Every one of these pages is read-only. If a colleague says they changed a template or a string here, they changed it somewhere else.
